One I Made Earlier

Edward Ebenezer McCorkindale Brown,
Fell for a floozie in old London town,
Paid for her favours and paid for her charms,
Stuck tape to her bum and string on her arms,
Drew on her feet and painted her knees,
Trompe l'oeil wallets and watches and keys,
Wrapped her in ribbons and oysters-clam pearls,
Made her the envy of all working girls.

Oh, Ted, said the lady, I'm obliged to enquire,
Why do you need paint, to stoke up your fire?
Am I not suit'bly bounteous as I pose for you nude,
Without the string and the sticky tape to make me seem rude?
He replied with a sigh, though I think you are fit,
I'm filled with the urge to embellish your tit,
With milk tops on your nipples as you pose by the heater,
I'm afraid it's my background, I was a fan of Blue Peter.

Life Imitating Art

A poem about a romantic night spent adorning a beautiful woman using arts and crafts supplies. Beneath this strange behaviour lies a psychologically coherent explanation.
