Eviction Fever

Jasper Johan Montague Brown,
Bought a flat in Ipswich town,
Got a mortgage, got a loan,
Installed TV and ansafone,
Ordered pizza, bought a cat,
Fitted carpets and rush mat.

Then one day the bailiffs came,
Like the sun and winter rain,
Said, too bad, this does look sweet,
Then threw him out into the street,
And he cried, oh woe is me,
I forgot to pay my entry fee.
